Tagetik Corporation and VECKER Institute announce the availability of a new application: Tagetik 3.0 Strategy Management--powered by VECKER. This application was announced January 10, 2009 in Lucca Italy for the Tagetik 3.0 performance management platform. It is currently available to all Tagetik customers world-wide.


NOVEMBER 2008

Tagetik Corporation agrees to license the VECKER Strategy Management design from VECKER Institute. Tagetik and VECKER will jointly build a strategy management application for Tagetik’s performance management software solution. The application, Tagetik 3.0 Strategy Management -- powered by VECKER, will be formally announced and made available to customers in mid-January 2009.

has engaged VECKER Institute to perform pre-investment due-diligence using the VECKER Business Review Tool.

Open Box Technologies begins building a software application for the VECKER strategy execution management system. It will be delivered as a stand-alone, web-hosted application (Software-as-a-Service / SaaS). It will be formally announced and made available to customers in early 2009.

Open Box Technologies has named Thomas Cowan to their board of directors and engaged him for CEO advisory services. Open Box Technologies is a media technology company based in Washington D.C. and New York State.


JUNE 2008

The Stables has named Thomas Cowan Chairman of the Board and engaged him for CEO advisory services. He is in partnership there with Steve Gregg, CEO and Les Brun, Chairman of the Board of ADP Inc. (founder of Hamilton Lane, a Philadelphia based private equity advisory and management firm). The Stables provides storage, management and care services for fine, collector and exotic automobiles in North America.

A private investment group has engaged Erik Jansen, Marco Arese (co-founder of Hyperion Solutions) and Thomas Cowan to evaluate an investment opportunity and create a blueprint for growth using VECKER Tools for a U.S. based media company.

Eli Whitney Investment Advisory Committee of Connecticut Innovations, the State of Connecticut venture fund, has appointed Erik Jansen a member of the seven member the Advisory Committee that reviews investment proposals presented by Connecticut Innovation's investment team. Connecticut Innovations provides strategic capital and operational insight to push the frontiers of high-tech industries such as energy, biotechnology, information technology, and photonics. Over the years, CI has helped over 100 emerging companies research, develop, and market new products and services. This activity has attracted over $1 billion in additional investments from private equity providers. CI has brought the State of Connecticut over $510 million in Gross State Profit and over 5,000 additional job-years. The Connecticut Legislature created CI in 1989. Since 1995, returns from its prudent investments - not state money - have supported operations and new, forward-thinking funding programs.

Vcommerce Corporation names Thomas Cowan Chairman of the Board and engages him for CEO advisory services. He is in partnership there with Bob Tuttle, CEO and Mike Zisman, Managing Director - Operations of Internet Capital Group (former CEO of Lotus Development Corp.).

Kenneth Cowan, VECKER intern and research associate, received a nomination to the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis from Charles E. Schumer, Senior Senator from New York. He also received a nomination in December 2007 from Nita M. Lowey, Member of Congress, who serves on the Select Intelligence Oversight Panel and Committee on Homeland Security.

Stew Smith, VECKER team member, is featured on National Geographic Channel's Fight Science Special Ops television program in an episode dealing with mental and physical toughness. The program airs on January 27, 2008, 9 pm EST.
