Systems and Tools
1. The VECKER
Report – The VECKER Report is a tool that provides
a comprehensive view of company performance and status. It
measures, analyzes and evaluates a company from top to
bottom - from strategy to people to execution. It also
defines the key issues facing the business, items requiring
company focus and items requiring board attention.
2. The VECKER Score – The VECKER Score is
a tool that quantitatively measures company performance in
five key areas: Business Model, Team Building, Strategy
Execution, Company Operations and Enterprise Building. The
five scores are weighted and summed for a score of total
company performance.
3. The VECKER Quadrant – The VECKER
Quadrant is a tool that plots company performance on a
graph using the following criteria: size, growth-rate,
profitability and company performance. It is used to track
individual company progress over time. It is also used to
track a portfolio of companies relative status, performance
and progress.
4. The VECKER Method – The VECKER Method
is a group of deep methods, systems and tools used to
create the VECKER Report, Score and Quadrant. These
methods, systems and tools have a foundation in
practicality, simplicity and success. The VECKER Method is
not the only way you can create the VECKER Report, Score
and Quadrant - you can use your own method and systems.
