Implementation

The VECKER Institute and our implementation partners work with our customers in installing and implementing either VECKER SX or Tagetik 3.0 Strategy Management, training your personnel to use the tools and interpret the results, and providing advice for getting optimal benefits from use of the tools.

Each customer’s implementation depends on its needs. Most customers start with the basic implementation and bring in the additional elements as needed.

Basic Implementation. Basic implementation includes what we consider the three most important elements: Goals, The Numbers, and Risks. We recommend that you start here. This graphic shows the basic implementation.



Advanced Implementation. Advanced implementation builds on the basic implementation to include all five elements, the VECKER Score, and the VECKER Plot. This graphic shows the full implementation.
